Dr. Diane McGrory
Dr. McGrory chose a career in Gynecology because it allows her to care for women of all ages. Dr. McGrory is a graduate of Smith College where she studied Biochemistry and studio art. She received her medical degree from the Dartmouth-Brown program in medicine in 1985. She enjoys combining Gynecology and aesthetics to help women with the aging process. She is certified in facial injections, laser rejuvenation, and laser hair removal.
Dr. McGrory has been involved in cervical cancer education and its link to HPV infection. This has helped her care for the patients with abnormal pap smears. She enjoys helping patients with peri-menopausal symptoms, fibroid management, and minimally invasive surgery. She also has a special interest in pediatric and adolescent gynecology.

Dr. Martha Ehrmann
Dr. Martha Ehrmann practiced both Gynecology and Obstetrics for many years and is now focusing on Gynecology. Originally from Newton, Massachusetts, she attended Dartmouth College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After receiving her medical degree from Duke University, she continued at Duke to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She enjoys helping women of all ages achieve their best gynecologic health, including management of problematic bleeding, cervical pre-cancers, and HPV, vaginal and vulvar issues, family planning, menopausal transition and hormonal changes, etc.
Dr. Ehrmann is excited to add aesthetic services to her gynecologic practice. She is certified in laser facial rejuvenation, which includes the reduction in rosacea, fine lines, and dark spots, facial and body hair reduction, and laser treatment of nail fungus. She is excited to offer ThermiVa as an alternative to vaginal estrogen to enhance intimacy and truSculpt for fat reduction and body contouring. She is also certified in neurotoxin injections including Botox and dermal fillers for facial enhancement.
Meredith Arens, PA-C
Meredith Arens grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Neuroscience.
She graduated from the Tufts School of Medicine Physician Assistant program. She has 5 years of experience in Obstetrics, Gynecology and ER medicine.
She is happy caring for women of all ages and can provide well women exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause evaluation, hormone therapy, endometrial biopsies, IUD and Nexplanon insertions.
